How fortunate that I have a yard full of pecans! I made vegan pecan pies a couple of weekends ago. Really great taste. we just moved to this house over the summer and there are two mature pecan trees. My friend came and gathered 75lbs one day! I’ll definitely let you know if I try the shake, it sounds great. Thanks for the tips!
